Retained Search
Retained search is ideal for clients with
high-level requirements of leadership talent. These range from the
Director level and up with base salaries over $100k.
Retingency
Preferred service
by our clients because it combines the elements of traditional
contingency search with the exclusive benefits of retained search. It
assures that both sides achieve maximized results with limited risk.
This plan is generally for sales,
marketing, and management positions with a minimum salary of $60k and
total compensation over $100k. Fees are based on total annual
compensation, with a nominal deposit due at signing and the balance
due within 10 days of successful hire.
Due to the nature of sales, marketing,
and management performance-based plans, we also offer to select,
qualified clients a Performance-based Engaged Fee Contingency option
to assure that your new hire achieves the top-performance level of
their plan. Performance-based fees are assessed at quarterly
increments.
